High-efficiency plate heat exchangerIt is a new type of high-efficiency heat exchanger made of a series of metal plates with a certain corrugated shape. It has the characteristics of high heat exchange efficiency, low heat loss, compact and lightweight structure, small footprint, convenient installation and cleaning, wide application, and long service life. Under the same pressure loss, its heat transfer coefficient is 3-5 times higher than that of a tube heat exchanger, the footprint is one-third that of a tube heat exchanger, and the heat recovery rate can be as high as 90% or more.

The material to be processed first enters the equilibrium tank and is then sent to the heat exchanger by a centrifugal sanitary pump. It goes through preheating, sterilization, insulation, and cooling stages. Any material that does not reach the sterilization temperature is redirected back to the equilibrium tank for reprocessing by the instrument-controlled pneumatic reflux valve. The material sterilization temperature is automatically controlled and continuously recorded by the instrument control box for monitoring and inspection of the sterilization process. This equipment is suitable for pre-sterilization and pasteurization of milk. Plate heat exchangers are mainly divided into two categories: frame type (detachable) and brazed type.
