1. Automatic control system for supplementary pump
It has a variable frequency constant pressure water replenishment function, which can automatically control the speed of the water replenishment pump according to the water replenishment pressure value set by the system. Using artificial intelligence fuzzy control algorithm, the user sets fewer parameters, and the pressure control is stable; the standby pump can be automatically switched regularly to prevent long-term corrosion of the standby pump. 2. Automatic control system for circulation pump
Circulation pumps generally use variable frequency and variable flow pressure control methods. The speed of the circulation pump is automatically adjusted according to the water supply and return water pressure difference or water supply pressure of the secondary network to ensure the stability of the outlet pressure or the inlet and return water pressure difference of the secondary network; the system can control three circulation pumps to operate automatically; when one circulation pump cannot meet the heating flow requirement of the secondary network, the system automatically puts two circulation pumps into operation. When two pumps are operating at full load and do not meet the system requirements, the control system will put the third circulation pump into operation. Pump into the system. The heating information network learns that when the heat load of the external network decreases, the system will stop redundant circulation pumps in turn to ensure that the flow and pressure of the external network are stable within the set control range.
3. Secondary network heating temperature control system
According to the outlet temperature of the secondary network, the opening of the primary network flow regulating valve (electric regulating valve) is automatically controlled to ensure that the outlet temperature of the secondary network is constant; it has an outdoor temperature compensation control function, which can automatically adjust the outlet temperature of the secondary network according to the change of outdoor temperature: the higher the outdoor temperature, the lower the outlet temperature of the secondary network; the lower the outdoor temperature, the higher the outlet temperature of the secondary network; in addition, the set value of the outlet temperature of the secondary network can be automatically adjusted according to the set time period. In order to achieve automatic energy saving, it has a manual adjustment function. The opening of the flow regulating valve can be manually adjusted and controlled on the computer touch screen.
4. System circulation flow monitoring system
The control system can simultaneously monitor the primary network heat source flow, the secondary network circulation flow, and the secondary network supplementary water flow. This parameter is used to analyze the operating conditions of the heating system and the flow distribution of the thermal system. It can also be used to provide computer groups.
