The high-efficiency intelligent heat exchanger unit uses a high-performance stainless steel plate heat exchanger, which is small in size and area. When performing steam-water heat exchange, the heat exchange part of the condensate water and the temperature control of the condensate water are set to make full use of the heat of the condensate water. Sometimes, major repairs are needed for the heat exchange unit during use; so what are the major repair contents of the heat exchange unit?
1. Pulling the core: Use a special core pulling machine to pull the tube bundle out of the shell;
2. Cleaning: Clean the tube bundle and check for deformation and bending of the heat exchange tubes;
3. Inspect the corrosion and rust of the heat exchange unit diaphragm and tie rod bolts;
4. Shell side cleaning: Tube bundle cleaning refers to thoroughly cleaning the tube bundle with high-pressure water in a designated area after pulling it out. The shell side is much easier to clean than the tube bundle cleaning usually done on-site.
5. Install the tube bundle and check for leaks and seal them by pressure testing. The reloading of the tube bundle is generally done with a core pulling machine, and heat exchangers with DN> 400 can be operated with a hoist or wire rope;
6. When the number of blocked tubes in the heat exchanger unit tube bundle reaches more than 10% of the unidirectional tubes in the tube passage, the tube bundle should be replaced.
The above is the overhaul of the high-efficiency intelligent heat exchanger unit, hoping to be helpful to everyone.
The application of high-efficiency intelligent heat exchanger units in the chemical industry is well-known to most people. Most people think that the chemical cleaning of heat exchangers is no different from ordinary cleaning. As we all know, there are more areas that need attention. The following introduces the precautions for chemical cleaning of high-efficiency intelligent heat exchanger units.
1. Operators engaged in cleaning heat exchange equipment should wear acid and alkali resistant work clothes and wear labor protection equipment, especially to protect their eyes, hands, and feet to prevent burns from splashes when adding chemicals.
2. At the cleaning site, warning lines should be set up, and a dedicated person should be responsible to prevent others from entering and causing accidents.
3. Before chemical cleaning, check the circulating system composed of cleaning equipment, cleaning tank, conveying pipe, and the cleaned heat exchange unit. Ensure that this system is isolated from other equipment to prevent the cleaning solution from entering or affecting other equipment.
4. When circulating the cleaning water, leaks must be eliminated to prevent blockage of the conveying pipe and liquid leakage.
5. Waste liquid must be treated harmlessly before discharge and must not be discharged randomly to avoid responsibility accidents such as corrosion of sewage pipes at the production site.
