This type of exchanger can be said to have the highest transfer efficiency among various products, and it is also a type of exchanger that people often use. Mixed heat exchangers rely on two fluids, namely hot fluid and cold fluid, to transfer heat through direct contact. This method of heat transfer not only avoids the blockage caused by the heat transfer key wall and the fouling on both sides, but also as long as the contact between the fluids is good, the heat transfer efficiency will be very high.

       Mixed heat exchangers rely on two fluids, a hot fluid and a cold fluid. This heat transfer method not only avoids blockage caused by fouling on the heat transfer wall and both sides, but also, as long as the contact between the fluids is good, the heat transfer efficiency is very high. Therefore, as long as the mixing of two fluids is allowed, this equipment manufactured by heat exchanger manufacturers can be used, such as gas-gas cooling, gas-water mixing and heating, circulating water cooling, and steam condensation, etc. This product has a wide range of applications, such as air conditioning engineering, chemical and metallurgical enterprises, and other production departments. According to different uses, we can also divide mixed heat exchangers into the following different types.

       First is the cooling tower, which is often called a cold water tower. In this type of equipment, natural or mechanical ventilation can be used to cool the liquid whose temperature has been raised during the production process, and then it is cooled and reused to improve the economic efficiency of the entire system operation. For example, circulating water in thermal power plants or nuclear power plants and cooling water in ammonia synthesis production can all be used. After being cooled by the water cooling tower, it can be used again. This method has been widely used in many projects.

       Heat exchanger manufacturers have also produced gas scrubbing towers. In industry, this equipment can be used to scrub gases to achieve different purposes. For example, using liquids to absorb impurities in gas mixtures, removing dust from the air, helping gases to humidify or dry, etc. Among them, the widely used one is cooling gas. The liquid used for cooling in this type of heat exchanger is mostly water. For example, the spray bath frequently used in air conditioning engineering can be considered a special form, because it cannot directly cool the air like a scrubbing tower, but it can also heat it.
