During disassembly and assembly, pay attention to properly storing the plates and do not place them randomly. Because the plate heat exchanger plates are only 0.5-0.7mm thick, accidental stepping on them can easily cause deformation, thus affecting the sealing performance. Also pay attention to cleaning the gasket grooves. If there are impurities in the gasket grooves, the gasket will not be installed properly, causing leakage.
