Product Introduction
The copper silver ion generator consists of a miniature electronic controller, a stainless steel housing, and copper silver ion generating electrodes. After the equipment is running, the miniature electronic controller outputs a low-voltage direct current. Two copper-silver metal blocks serve as the cathode and anode respectively. Under the action of low-voltage direct current, copper and silver ions will be generated at the anode; when water passes through the auxiliary machine, copper and silver ions diffuse into the water under the action of the water flow, purifying the water. The miniature electronic controller controls the amount of copper and silver ions generated by controlling the magnitude of the direct current; and sets the time to control the polarity conversion to prevent unequal consumption of the electrodes. When both electrodes are completely consumed, a new pair of electrodes can be replaced to continue use.
Working Principle
Copper and silver have the functions of detoxification and disinfection, which are widely recorded in ancient Chinese and foreign literature. Current scientific research has found that copper and silver have bactericidal functions because the positively charged copper and silver ions and the negatively charged bacteria are easily combined, and can easily penetrate the cell wall of bacteria and combine with the genes DAN and RAN inside the cells, destroying the bacterial enzymes and respiratory enzymes, causing the death and dissolution of bacteria. Currently, copper and silver ion technology is widely used in developed countries such as the United States and the United Kingdom, and copper and silver ion disinfection has become a mature technology. Experiments have shown that the best effect is achieved by using 0.4mg/L of copper ions and 0.04mg/L of silver ions together with a certain amount of other disinfectants, especially in drinking water tests, where good results are obtained at concentrations below drinking water standards. Therefore, this technology has been widely used in drinking water and circulating cooling water projects.
