Overview Description
The constant pressure water supply unit is designed and manufactured for automatic water replenishment and pressure maintenance in heating, warming, and air conditioning systems. It consists of a diaphragm pressure tank, water pump, control box, base, pressure sensing device, pipes, and valves, and can be widely used in high-rise buildings, community water supply, and industrial and mining enterprises' aforementioned systems.
The air chamber of the diaphragm pressure tank is filled with compressed air or nitrogen according to the process design. After the device is connected to the system and installed, open the valve between the device and the system. When the change in water temperature causes the volume of the water to expand or contract, the diaphragm pressure tank automatically absorbs or discharges water to maintain system pressure within the preset upper and lower limits. If the system pressure drops to the lower limit due to leakage or other reasons, the control system starts the water supply pump to supply water to the system until the pressure reaches the set upper limit. If the system pressure exceeds the set pressure value, the safety device automatically releases pressure to ensure the safe operation of the system, and this process repeats to maintain the pressure balance of the system.
