Condensate recovery device
Classification:
Condensate recovery device
Details
Overview
Condensate contains a high amount of heat, making it highly valuable. Its quality is nearly that of distilled water, with virtually no dissolved oxygen or carbon dioxide. It's an excellent boiler feedwater and process water. Therefore, fully recovering and utilizing this condensate can save on boiler fuel and softened water, significantly reduce boiler operating costs, extend boiler lifespan, and improve environmental conditions.
Our company's condensate recovery unit uses an intelligent, multifunctional, fully automatic control system. It includes a de-sludging filter, anti-cavitation device, pressure regulating device, flash evaporation device, and steam jet device. This product features automatic opening and closing, automatic audio-visual alarms, automatic pressure regulation, and dual-pump automatic switching operation.
Condensate Recovery Unit Composition
● Closed recovery tank: Made of stainless steel or high-quality carbon steel, specially treated for high temperature, high pressure, and corrosion resistance.
● De-sludging device: Removes welding slag, rust, and oil from condensate; regular drainage ensures clean recovered water.
● Flash evaporation device: Utilizes the physical properties of water to allow condensate to undergo secondary flash evaporation in the recovery tank, supplying the low-pressure steam network or for reuse.
● Pressure regulating device: Uses multi-stage water seals and a U-tube to maintain a sealed tank, preventing contact with the atmosphere and ensuring the tank pressure remains below the drain pressure, allowing condensate to continuously flow into the recovery storage tank.
● Cavitation elimination device: Two-phase flow of steam and liquid creates a certain pressure at the liquid surface, combined with a unique cavitation elimination design to ensure that the high-temperature water pump does not experience cavitation under sealed conditions.
● Steam jet device: Uses hydraulic drive to introduce secondary flash steam into the recovery system, maximizing heat recovery.
● High and low liquid levels: Uses a magnetic level gauge with remote transmission capabilities to start and stop the condensate pump based on level signals. It can also transmit signals to the central control system to start or stop system operation.
● High-temperature water pump: Uses a unique seal to avoid the temperature limitations of ordinary water pumps.
● Automatic control system: Automatic water pump failure switching, variable frequency operation at a set liquid level, automatic shutdown at low liquid levels, automatic alarm for electrical leakage, overpressure, undervoltage, phase loss, overcurrent, and overheating.
