Overview
The floating tube heat exchanger, a new generation of heat exchanger developed by our company, features a novel structure, simple assembly, convenient maintenance and inspection, and superior performance. It adopts a separated spiral tube technology, combining the advantages of instant heating and strong recovery capabilities, while ensuring stable water temperature control. It avoids complicated installation and the large space occupied by equipment, making it an increasingly preferred heat exchanger for residential, commercial, institutional, and multi-purpose buildings. Its features include:
1. During the heating process, the centrifugal force generated by the heat medium flowing inside the floating tube causes a high-frequency vibration in the tube, which expands and contracts freely with water temperature changes. This promotes disturbance in the heated medium, disrupting laminar heat transfer and significantly improving heat transfer efficiency.
2. Unique automatic descaling function
During operation, the frequent vibration and free expansion and contraction of the spiral floating tube with water temperature cause any scale that may form on the outside of the tube to automatically fall off. This eliminates the need for special descaling measures, preventing interruptions in normal use and ensuring the thermal performance of the equipment.
