All-welded plate heat exchanger

  The all-welded plate heat exchanger is a new type of high-efficiency heat exchange equipment that draws on the advantages of the detachable plate heat exchanger and makes up for the shortcomings of the tube heat exchanger and the detachable plate heat exchanger. It completely eliminates gaskets and can be used in medium-pressure and medium-temperature applications. It retains the full counter-current heat exchange characteristics of the detachable heat exchanger, with high heat exchange efficiency. According to the application requirements, the plate frame type is divided into three types: non-detachable, single-side detachable, and double-side detachable. The all-welded plate heat exchanger expands the application range of plate heat exchangers and has the characteristics of high temperature resistance (≤ 530 degrees), high pressure resistance (≤ 70 bar), corrosion resistance, and high heat transfer efficiency.
