Bypass Water Treatment Unit

Bypass Water Treatment Unit  The series of bypass circulating water treatment units are a new generation of products developed based on the original full-flow water treatment units. The products adopt the principle of pulsed low-voltage electric fields and automatically adjust the output signal according to changes in water quality. After treatment by the water treatment unit, the aggregation degree of water molecules decreases and the structure changes, such as the increase in the dipole moment of water molecules and the increase in polarity and surface tension, thus increasing the scale-removing ability of water molecules and achieving the purpose of descaling. Under the action of electrodes, the processor produces a large number of tiny crystals with excellent anti-scaling function. These crystals can remove scale-forming ions from the water, forming loose calcite crystals, which are discharged through an automatic drain valve. The treated water has activated dissolved oxygen. Under the electrolysis of the electrodes, a large amount of OHˉ, O2ˉ, H2O2, and a large amount of active oxygen substances are produced in the water. These substances have strong oxidizing properties and can kill microorganisms and various algae in the water, thus achieving excellent sterilization and algaecide functions and preventing scale formation. At the same time, the large amount of active oxygen produced by the processor further oxidizes the system pipe walls, forming a dense oxide film, such as a triiron tetroxide oxide film, passivating the system pipe walls, thus inhibiting pipe corrosion, increasing the service life of the system, and achieving the effect of equipment corrosion protection.
