Full-Process Comprehensive Water Treatment Unit

  The full-process comprehensive water treatment unit mainly consists of a high-quality carbon steel body, a specially structured filter screen, a high-frequency electromagnetic field generator, a drainage device, etc. During operation, the high-frequency electromagnetic field generator converts energy of a specific frequency to the treated medium—water—forming electromagnetic polarized water. This causes a distortion in the arrangement of scaling ions. The treated water requires some time to return to its original state. During this phase, the probability of scaling is very low, thus achieving the purpose of controlling the formation of hardness scale. At the same time, metal ions on the wall are suppressed, providing anti-corrosion effects for the scaleless system. In addition, electromagnetic polarized water can effectively kill bacteria, algae, etc., and effectively inhibit the reproduction of microorganisms in the water. Therefore, under normal operating conditions, the full-process comprehensive water treatment unit can perform comprehensive functions of scale prevention, corrosion prevention, sterilization, algae removal, ultra-clean filtration, and water quality control.
