Product Introduction
Electronic water treatment instruments use physical methods to treat water. Without altering the chemical composition of the water, it changes the physical structure of the water to achieve the purpose of scale prevention, descaling, sterilization, and algae control. This is an advanced physical water treatment equipment. Compared with traditional ion exchange and chemical descaling processes, electronic water treatment methods have the characteristics of energy saving, power saving, high efficiency, low cost, no maintenance, and no environmental pollution.
Basic Principle
Electronic components generate a high-frequency electric field. When water passes through the water treatment instrument, its physical properties and molecular structure change. The hydrogen bonds in the water are broken, and the original chain-like macromolecules are broken down into single water molecules. The positive and negative ions of dissolved salts in the water are surrounded by single water molecules, reducing their movement speed and the number of effective collisions, thus lowering the electrostatic attraction. This makes it difficult for scale to form on the heating surface or pipe wall, achieving the effect of scale prevention and inhibition. Furthermore, under the action of a high-frequency alternating electric field, water molecules are activated. Active water molecules directly penetrate the micro-gaps of the scale, continuously impacting the scale layer and destroying the intermolecular forces. Under heating conditions, the original scale layer on the wall gradually softens, cracks, and falls off, becoming tiny particles suspended in the water, which are removed through system drainage and water flow flushing, achieving the effect of descaling. In addition, the high-frequency alternating magnetic field acts on the water, destroying the ecological environment for the growth of bacteria and algae, thereby inhibiting the growth of bacteria and algae and leading to the death of existing bacteria and algae, achieving the effect of sterilization and algae control.
