RV-03/04 Volumetric Heat Exchanger

(1) RV-03/04 Features:

  ●Uses small-diameter heat exchange tube bundles with multiple paths and multiple return passes; especially suitable for solar energy systems
  ●Flow guiding and restricting devices are added inside the tank to improve the heat transfer coefficient;
  ●Uses a new type of heat exchange tube bundle with multiple flows, high heat medium utilization rate, and energy saving;
  ●Large heat medium temperature drop, no drain valve is needed when using steam, the outlet water temperature of the heat medium is about 55℃;
  ●Large heat exchange capacity, due to the high heat transfer coefficient, the heat exchange capacity is large and the water output is large with the same heat exchange area;
  ●Small cold water area, high volume utilization rate.

 

Design Instructions

RV-03/04 Volumetric Heat Exchanger

  1. The outlet temperature of the heated water should not exceed 75℃. To slow down scaling, the outlet temperature of the heated water should be controlled between 60℃ and 65℃.

  2. The heat exchanger must be equipped with safety devices.

  (1) A safety valve should be installed at the top of the heat exchanger. The installation and use of the safety valve should comply with the provisions of the "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Fixed Pressure Vessels" issued by the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision.

  (2) An expansion water tank or pressure expansion tank should be connected to the heat exchanger to withstand the expansion of the water in the tank and the system. In cases where conditions permit, an expansion pipe communicating with the atmosphere can also be installed at the top of the heat exchanger.

  (3) The heat exchanger should be inspected regularly during use. At least one external inspection should be carried out annually, at least one internal and external inspection should be carried out every three years, and at least one comprehensive inspection should be carried out every six years. The content and requirements of the inspection and testing shall be carried out in accordance with the "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Fixed Pressure Vessels".

  3. During the use of the heat exchanger, scale should be cleaned regularly according to the water quality and usage of the heated water. When the hardness of the added water is high, appropriate softening measures should be taken.

Operating Instructions

RV-03/04 Volumetric Heat Exchanger

  1. First fill the heat exchanger and the entire hot water pipe network with cold water;

  2. Turn on the hot water circulation pump in the pipe network, open the valves on the inlet and outlet pipes of the heat medium, then open the temperature control valve to put it into operation, and uniformly heat the cold water in the heat exchanger and the pipe network to the set temperature, and the system enters the normal operation state. (Note: Before opening the temperature control valve, ensure that the impurities in the heat medium pipeline are cleaned).
