Intelligent heat exchanger unit (HRJZ) is a complete set of heat exchange equipment integrating heat exchanger, circulating water pump, water supply pump, water supply tank, control cabinet, pipes, valves, and instruments. Based on modern control theory and developed with artificial intelligence, the unit adopts program control. It realizes the functions of automatic temperature adjustment, automatic pressure water supply, power failure protection, automatic power-on, and automatic control operation.

Overview
The intelligent heat exchanger unit (HRJZ) is a complete heat exchange equipment integrating heat exchangers, circulating water pumps, make-up water pumps, make-up water tanks, control cabinets, pipes, valves, and instruments. Based on modern control theory and developed with artificial intelligence, the unit adopts program control. It realizes automatic temperature regulation, automatic pressure make-up water, power-off self-preservation, power-on self-start, and self-control operation functions. The controller has a remote communication function, which can transmit relevant data such as the temperature, pressure, flow rate of primary and secondary network water supply and return water, as well as the status of the water pump, the status of the electric regulating valve, the water level signal of the water tank, and the status of the frequency converter to the control center, and can also remotely communicate the control commands from the control center. The entire heat exchanger unit realizes intelligent management.
Practice has proved that the system can realize scientific and reasonable control of various actuators under different operating conditions, different objective conditions, and different working hours of users without manual intervention, so as to achieve excellent control and utilization of energy.
Model Description
HRJZ-N-2800 indicates: Heating type heat exchanger unit, heat exchange capacity of 2800KW
HRJZ-K-3000 indicates: Air conditioning type heat exchanger unit, heat exchange capacity of 3000KW
HRJZ-R-700 indicates: Domestic hot water type heat exchanger unit, heat exchange capacity of 700KW
