Product Introduction

Fully Automatic Differential Pressure Filter

  The fully automatic differential pressure filter (also known as a self-cleaning filter) adopts foreign technology and is developed based on fluid mechanics, hydrodynamic drive theory, and electromechanical integration control, combined with domestic water quality requirements. It is a highly efficient water treatment equipment.

  When a liquid containing solids enters the differential pressure filter through the inlet, as the filtration process continues, the solid impurities in the liquid are trapped on the surface of the filter element, causing an increase in pressure, increased filtration resistance, and decreased filtration efficiency.

  When the solid impurities trapped reach a certain level, and the pressure difference between the two sides of the filter element reaches the set value, the pressure difference controller sends a signal to the control cabinet. The control cabinet then sends the received signal to the electric valve, which automatically opens. Forced flushing is performed using hydraulic or electric brushes, and the electric drain valve opens to drain. After a period of drainage, the electric valve automatically closes. When the pressure difference between the two sides of the filter element reaches the set value again, the above operation is repeated to achieve the filtration effect.

 

Automatic Backwashing Filter

  The fully automatic backwashing filter has the functions of filtering raw water and automatically cleaning and draining the filter element, and the system continues to supply water during cleaning and drainage. Compared with previous filters, this equipment has advantages such as high degree of automation, large processing capacity, self-cleaning and drainage, uninterrupted water supply, and wide application.

  When the filter is working, the water flow directional valve is open, and the water flows from the inlet into the filter and flows into the outlet after passing through the filter screen. This machine uses differential pressure control and positioning control to automatically clean the filter screen. When the differential pressure at the filter inlet and outlet reaches the set value or the timer reaches the preset time, the electric control box sends a signal, and the drain valve opens (the water flow directional valve is open), washing away the impurities adhering to the inner wall of the filter screen. When the water flow directional valve is fully closed, the water flow is forced to enter the outer side of the filter screen from the filter inlet mesh. Most of the clean liquid flows out from the outlet, and part of the clean liquid enters the inside of the filter screen from the outer side of the filter screen (because the system will be in a pressure relief state, the pressure inside the filter screen is less than the pressure on the outer side), thereby performing backwashing on the filter screen. The special structure of the stainless steel wedge-shaped filter screen creates a jet effect inside the filter screen, and the impurities are washed away from the smooth inner wall. When the pressure difference at the filter inlet and outlet returns to normal or the timer setting time ends, the electric drain valve closes and the water flow directional valve opens. The entire cleaning process can be performed without stopping the system.
